ReplyDeleteHere's is an interesting bit of trivia: according to biologists we are the vector for malaria in mosquitoes. That is to say, that we infect mosquitoes with malaria (not just the other way round).
ReplyDeleteAlso, I hate malaria but take pride in the fact that there are hero sickle cell anemic ppl out there with red blood cells that can't be eaten by malaria and shit nasty potassium ions all over the parasite.
